My client is a renowned civil contractor that has been in the industry for 30+ years. They specialise in a wide scope of civil work including roadworks, earthworks, subdivision and infrastructure with projects that value up to $80M. THE POSITION.
My client is seeking an experienced Foreman that specialises in civil works surrounding the scope of subdivisions and roadworks. With your experience as well as a great induction process, you will be prioritising the delivery of the project ensuring that quality and service are at high standard. You will be assigned a team and under your leadership they will assist you on the delivery of the project.
DUTIES.

DUTIES.
- Directing and allocating tasks to subcontractors
- Regular site inspections to ensure all tasks are being done accordingly
- Monitoring the materials that are being ordered and delivered
- Constant review of overall status of the project to ensure deadline will be met
- Liaising with managers to address and prevent potential issues at hand
- The ability to communicate effectively with others
- 4 years’ experience working as a Foreman will be highly advantageous
- A strong subdivision and roadwork background
- Proven record to drive project team to ensure a prompt delivery
