About the Position.
As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in managing contracts and ensuring the successful execution of some of Canberra's most exciting projects. The project team consists of a Project Manager and Director, as well as two Contracts Administrators, a Cadet, two Site Managers, multiple Foremen, and Leading Hands.

Duties.
  • Formulate, lodge, and manage Client progress payment claims
  • Establish valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and compile monthly reports, including presentations to management, in collaboration with the Project Manager
  • Manage project finalisation activities including financial and defects close, completion documentation
  • Forecast and report on key project financials including cashflow, costs, and time
Skills & Experience. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Building and Construction Management or similar 
  • Ability to organise, communicate, and display good time management skills 
  • Capable of building strong work relationships with external clients, stakeholders  
  • Proven experience on projects above $20M
