ABOUT THE POSITION.

They are now seeking a proven Director, who will be responsible for leading the Senior Associates and their teams, as well as work closely with the Leadership team to assist the studio in their next phase of growth. This studio boasts a tremendous presence and highly regarded brand in the market, despite only being established almost 10 years ago. The Directors have built an outstanding team of over 50 passionate design professionals, ranging from highly experiences Architects, down to highly driven recent Graduates.

DUTIES.
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the architecture teams.
- Fortify the structures and processes within the teams.
- Jump into projects where you see fit, to streamline, and ensure efficiency in delivery.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture.
- NSW Registered Architect required. NSW Design Practitioner ideal.
- Proven experience in Class 2 residential projects, particularly construction/delivery stage.
