ABOUT THE COMPANY.
This company is highly regarded as one of Sydney's leading Commercial building companies, with over three decades of proven and demonstrated experience in delivering high-end bespoke projects across Sydney, valued between $20M to $50M. Specialising in Commercial New Build projects this business has recently won a number of projects and due to continuous project pipeline, they are looking to grow their team with an experienced Foreman to start immediately.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As the Foreman, you will report directly to the Site Manager to supervise on-site construction operations and be supported by a well-resourced team. You will be working on upcoming projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are in line with WHS compliance requirements and delivered on time. This opportunity is best suited to a candidate looking for a career defining role that will propel them in their industry with exposure to high-end bespoke projects.

DUTIES.
- Oversee the day to day running of project site
- WHS Management and compliance
- Subcontractor Management and programme management
- Structures and finishes focus
- Toolbox talks, site inductions, and more
- Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent
- Commercial foreman experience highly favourable
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
