ABOUT THE COMPANY.
  
This boutique studio specialises in creating exquisite, bespoke interiors for multi-million dollar residential properties up to $70m, upscale bars, and luxurious restaurants. This small team of designers value quality and work with some of the most prestigious and wealthy customers in Sydney.
  
ABOUT THE ROLE.
  
This role will enable you the design freedom you're searching for with guidance from an experienced Director. You will be able to work on your own projects, autonomously, from start to finish to reflect the unique personality and needs of the clients. You will work closely with the clients, architects, and contractors to deliver exceptional design.
  
DUTIES.
  
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Develop and present innovative design concepts and mood boards
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project.
  • Create detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and specifications for furniture, fixtures, and materials.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
  
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end residential and commercial design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
  • Proficiency in Revit preferred.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous work on multi-million dollar projects.
