Due to their established relationships with prestigious clients and strong pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to oversee the execution of residential new build projects in their Sydney division.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
You will manage the pre-construction phase of a high-end large scaled residential project. You will be responsible for getting this project from DA to BA whilst liaising with the project team to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

- A Construction degree is advantageous
- Pre-construction experience is advantageous
- Demonstrated project experience above $20M
