An exciting opportunity within a local council within Sydney North Shore. Work independently and as part of a team whilst assisting in the project process.

About the Company

About the Position
As the Project Administrator you will be responsible for performing critical administrative tasks such as managing the projects documentation, tracking the project budget and financial position, preparing project reports and analysis of project performance.

Duties
  • Management of project documents
  • Tracking project budget
  • Reporting
  • Liaise with contractors
  • Ensuring compliance with regulation
Skills & Experience
  • Organisation, project and time management skills
  • Previous experience with managing all project related documentation
  • Proven record as a Project Administrator
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
