ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Scheduler, you will produce detailed reports on program, and portfolio performance, identify schedule risks, and work to resolve any roadblocks with project managers and contractors. Support project managers across all stages of project delivery, from creating schedules, and establishing and maintaining baselines to providing ongoing updates and managing approved changes to ensure projects within the portfolio are delivered on time and within scope.

- 35 hours per week with half day Fridays
- Exposure to major and complex (civil, mixed use and recreational) projects upto $60m
- Immediate start, 6 month contract with possibility for extension

ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Scheduler, you will produce detailed reports on program, and portfolio performance, identify schedule risks, and work to resolve any roadblocks with project managers and contractors. Support project managers across all stages of project delivery, from creating schedules, and establishing and maintaining baselines to providing ongoing updates and managing approved changes to ensure projects within the portfolio are delivered on time and within scope.
DUTIES.
- Utilise Microsoft Project to develop and maintain detailed project schedules and identify and address any deviations
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure data integrity detailing project status, exceptions, forecasts and baselines for reporting to stakeholders
- Assisting in compliance audits of standards, policies, procedures, and templates
- Developing and maintaining master program level schedules through all phases from design through handover
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary qualification in project management, data management, or related discipline highly desirable
- Advanced experience with MS Office suit and MS Project, Project Online and Project Web App
- High level of attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in managing portfolio schedules is desirable
