The ideal candidate will develop cost estimates and bid proposals for both public and private projects. This individual will assess the project scope, gather bids, analyse specifications, visit project sites, and examine construction plans. DUTIES.
- Coordinate with relevant personnel to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Develop construction programs to support tender pricing.
- Conduct Quantity Take Off (QTO) assessments.
- Perform Risk and Opportunity evaluations when required.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in either Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Over 5 years of estimating experience tendering for civil and road projects valued up to $15m.
- Proficiency in estimation software at an advanced level.
- Demonstrated ability in managing customer and client relationships.
