ABOUT THE POSITION.
Seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Architect to join the team. This role is ideal for a passionate architect who thrives in a creative, supportive atmosphere and is eager to advance their career. The successful candidate will collaborate directly with the Director on various high-end projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, budget, and timeline.
DUTIES.
Collaborate with the Director on the design and documentation of high-end residential and commercial projects.
Lead project management to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
Manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
Oversee construction administration and effectively manage building contracts.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
Minimum of 8+ years of post-graduate architectural experience, focusing on NSW standards.
Proven track record in project management, including on-site construction administration.
High proficiency in ArchiCAD and familiarity with QA systems.
Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively.
