With an exceptionally strong pipeline of work secured, they are seeking to employ an experienced Senior Site Manager to execute and oversee the delivery of high-end multi residential apartments valued above $100M from start to finish in Newcastle, NSW.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
This position will encompass the end-to-end duties of Site Management, with ultimate focus on excellent on-site construction works that support a safe, productive, and enjoyable construction working site. You will work alongside a capable project team, including a Project Director, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Contracts Administrator, Foreman, and Cadets.

- WHS and compliance
- Scheduling and programming
- Overseeing all on-site works
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent
- Over 5 years of proven Site Management experience
- Proven record as a Site Manager delivering projects above $80M
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
