ABOUT THE COMPANY.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for managing on-site operations, coordinating with crews, and ensuring project deadlines are met. Your role will involve overseeing daily activities, managing subcontractors, and working closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth project flow. Experience in subdivisions and earthworks will be advantageous as you tackle a variety of civil projects.

DUTIES.
  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations on site, ensuring the project is progressing on schedule.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain workflow and meet project specifications.
  • Implement and monitor safety practices, ensuring all team members follow industry safety standards.
  • Ensure quality control throughout the project, troubleshooting any issues that arise to keep things running efficiently.
  • Report progress to the Project Manager, offering insights into site operations, potential risks, and overall project performance.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Proven experience as a Supervisor in civil construction, particularly in subdivision and earthworks projects.
  • Ability to lead and manage diverse teams, ensuring productivity and adherence to project plans.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with subcontractors, site staff, and upper management.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and site management.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards within the civil construction industry.
