As such, they are seeking to employ a driven WHS Officer to oversee the delivery of current and upcoming projects from start to finish in their Sydney NSW division.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
As a WHS Officer, you report to the Safety Manager and Project Director to help them advocate safe work practices. You will monitor operations to eliminate hazardous activities. You will also assist in developing policies to promote occupational health and safety awareness. Immediate start date!

DUTIES.
- Advise on provisions to minimise safety risks
- Direct accident investigation procedures
- Keep records of safety-related incidents and propose corrective actions
- Collaborate with managers to monitor compliance and identify safety issues
- Proven experience as safety officer or similar is advantageous
- Excellent communication and advisory skills
- Diligent with an analytical mind
- Cert 4 in WHS / Safety is essential
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a safety role
