Having an already well-established relationship with several high profile repeat clients, this company has secured a number of exciting projects. As such, they are seeking to employ an ambitious WHS Officer to managing and implementing workplace Health and Safety plans in their Sydney NSW division.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
As the WHS Officer, you will report directly to the Safety Manager and Project Director to advocate safe work practices. You will monitor operations to eliminate hazardous activities. You will also develop policies to promote occupational health and safety awareness.

DUTIES.
- Advise on provisions to minimise safety risks and hazards
- Direct accident investigation procedures
- Keep records of safety-related incidents and propose corrective actions
- Collaborate with managers to monitor compliance and identify safety issues
- Minimum Cert IV in OH&S/WHS
- Proven experience as in a safety officer role
- Excellent communication and advisory skills
- Diligent with an analytical mind
