2 Asset Engineer positions available in a contract role based in Southern Sydney. You will be responsible for preparing annual and long-term capital works, maintenance and operational programs using available asset knowledge for buildings, public spaces and infrastructure assets.

ABOUT THE POSITION.
2 Asset Engineer positions available in a contract role based in Southern Sydney. You will be responsible for preparing annual and long-term capital works, maintenance and operational programs using available asset knowledge for buildings, public spaces and infrastructure assets.
DUTIES.
- Review and update Asset Management Plans for each asset class
- Perform statistical and other analyses on asset condition, performance, and risk data
- Coordinate the review and integration of infrastructure impacting strategies and plans
- Responsible for performing condition and defects inspections for buildings and all infrastructure assets
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Asset Management or relevant qualifications
- Previous experience in Local Government is highly desirable
- Highly proficient in TechOne and Asset Management Systems
- High level of attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
