Your Role

As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be integral to their projects, managing key QS activities like measurement, cost planning, and contract administration. You’ll work collaboratively within a team of quantity surveyors, ensuring that you collectively meet both timeframes and budgets while reporting to the Directors.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Oversee pre and post-contract work
  • Lead projects from feasibility through to construction
  • Mentor and support junior team members
What They're Looking For
  • A bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Construction Management, specializing in Quantity Surveying
  • A minimum of 6 years of quantity surveying experience
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Previous experience in a consultancy environment
