Your Role
As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be integral to their projects, managing key QS activities like measurement, cost planning, and contract administration. You’ll work collaboratively within a team of quantity surveyors, ensuring that you collectively meet both timeframes and budgets while reporting to the Directors.

Your Role

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Oversee pre and post-contract work
- Lead projects from feasibility through to construction
- Mentor and support junior team members
- A bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Construction Management, specializing in Quantity Surveying
- A minimum of 6 years of quantity surveying experience
- A team player with a collaborative mindset
- Previous experience in a consultancy environment
