ABOUT THE POSITION.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a high-performing team and contribute to a diverse range of projects across the commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors. In this role, you will take ownership of key project deliverables, providing expert cost management and advisory services to clients throughout the project lifecycle.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will collaborate closely with project teams, ensuring accurate cost estimates, managing budgets, and advising on risk and value management. You will also be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, maintaining strong relationships, and driving innovative solutions to achieve project goals.


DUTIES.
  • Provide Accurate Cost Advice & Estimates
  • Trade Take-Offs & BOQ Pricing
  • Manage Variations & Site Valuations
  • Value Management & Cost Optimization
  • Attend Design Meetings & Client Liaison
  • Cost Reporting & Financial Reconciliation
  • Feasibility Studies & Project Viability
  • Use of Industry Software such as MS Office and Cost X

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Hold membership in an accredited professional organization (e.g., RICS, AIQS, CIOB)
  • Possess 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrate expertise and understanding in Quantity Surveying principles and practices
  • Have a strong grasp of construction methodologies and the latest innovations in the industry
  • Possess exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
