ABOUT THE COMPANY.

This company is well-known and respected for delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across Sydney. Specialising in projects valued up to $10M, they are regarded as a leading fit-out company for their expertise. They operate across the commercial sector, delivering a range of exciting and high-end projects. Due to their established relationships with clients and promising pipeline of upcoming projects, they are now looking for an ambitious Contract Administrator/Junior Project Manager to oversee the execution of fit-out and refurbishment projects in their Sydney division.
  
ABOUT THE ROLE.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with the project team to successfully deliver fit-out and refurbishment projects valued up to $10M. You will liaise with the client and the project team to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. This project will be generously resourced, and you will be supported by a team consisting of a Site Manager, Contracts Administrator, and Cadet.

  • Client Management
  • Manage time, cost, quality of project.
  • Methodology & Programming  
  • Project Team Management & WHS
  • Effective management of site teams and subcontractors
  • Report project progress to the Managing Director 
  
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline 
  • Proven record as a Contract Administrator/Junior Project Manager supporting the delivery of projects above $5M
  • Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
  • Commercial fit-out and refurbishment experience is highly desirable
