A reputable Fitout & New Build company with a strong Canberra presence. Through lasting and loyal Client relationships, they have recently won a number of projects due to their strong track record of successfully delivering top quality, state of the art Fitout projects valued between $5M - $30M. With many projects in the pipeline across the countries capital, this firm has experienced strong growth in the recent years and is looking at continuing to grow their team with professional, like-minded people. This company is seeking to employ a dynamic and skilled Project Manager, elevating them into the role of Senior Project Manager, with clear intentions for continued professional growth. 
  
About the Position.
In the capacity of a Senior Project Manager, you will collaborate directly with the Construction Manager. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the successful delivery of multiple Fitout & New Build projects for longstanding clients across diverse sectors, including Government, Hospitality, Retail, Healthcare, Education, Aged Care, and Residential sectors. Leading a specialised project team, your role encompasses ensuring project success within defined scope, meeting deadlines and adhering to budgetary constraints.

Duties.
  • Manage onsite progress with project team and ensure programmes are met
  • Create and manage the project feasibility
  • Manage invoices and claims
  • Engage with senior management, clients, and stakeholders
Skills & Experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar
  • Ability to organise, communicate and display good time management skills
  • Proven experience on delivering projects valued above $500K
  • Capable of building strong work relationships with external clients, stakeholders
