ABOUT THE POSITION.
As an Environmental Consultant specializing in contaminated land management, you'll be part of a leading team tackling complex environmental challenges across Australia. Your role will involve conducting technical assessments on various sites addressing a wide range of contamination issues.
DUTIES.
- Perform thorough site investigations and environmental site assessments, including soil sampling, groundwater monitoring, and ecological surveys
- Conduct risk assessments
- Develop comprehensive environmental management plans and remediation strategies
- Manage and coordinating complex remediation projects, overseeing contractors, and ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Contribute to the preparation of various reports, including Preliminary Site Investigations (PSI), Detailed Site Investigations (DSI), and Environmental Site Assessments (ESA)
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Relevant qualifications within Environmental Engineering or Science
- Proven experience within contaminated land projects
- Full unrestricted drivers license
- Excellent verbal and written communication ability
