ABOUT THE POSITION.
  
This position entails a Senior Environmental Scientist to assist in managing a team of Junior Consultants and provide technical advice throughout a project’s lifecycle. You will be involved within contaminated land, auditing/compliance, ground water remediation, hygiene and hazardous materials and land fill projects.

DUTIES.
  • Produce Environmental assessments and report writing including DCI, PSI and waste classifications
  • Conduct field work including soil, surface water, waste classifications, clearance inspections and sample management
  • Liaise with clients, offering advice and solutions when needed
  • Assist in the mentorship and development of Junior Consultants
  • Coordinate contractors to ensure project completion
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Relevant experience within contaminated land projects
  • Full C Class Manual Driver’s License
  • Proven local experience within the industry
  • Tertiary qualifications in environmental science or similar
