They have maintained established relationships with multiple high-profile clients, ensuring a robust and continuous pipeline of work. As such the company is expanding and seeking a Finishes Foreman to oversee projects across Sydney.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Finishes Foreman, you will report to the Site Manager. You will also complete projects, ensuring WHS compliance and timely delivery. The role offers strong support from a team that includes a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Site Manager, Leading Hand, and Cadet.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Finishes Foreman, you will report to the Site Manager. You will also complete projects, ensuring WHS compliance and timely delivery. The role offers strong support from a team that includes a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Site Manager, Leading Hand, and Cadet.
DUTIES
- Oversee daily site operations
- Ensure WHS compliance
- Manage subcontractors and project schedules
- Focus on structural work and finishes
- Conduct toolbox talks and site inductions
- Trade qualification
- Proven experience in residential construction
- Strong track record of stability with previous employers
- High-end residential experience preferred
