They are seeking an ambitious and motivated Junior Contracts Administrator/ Contracts Administrator with a strong desire to accelerate their career into a Project Manager.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

As the Junior Contracts Administrator/ Contracts Administrator, you will provide support to the project team to oversee the execution of projects across Sydney. You will gain 360 degree exposure to the construction industry where you will be required to assist with weekly reports, organise site access and schedule work accordingly for projects ranging from $5M - $20M all whilst fast tracking your career.

DUTIES.
  • Prepare weekly reports
  • Provide support to project team
  • Create WHS & SWMS
  • Liaise with contractors daily
  • Organise site access such as fire isolation, keys etc
  • Variations
  • Procurement
  • Programming
  • Cost control
  • Client management

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable
  • Minimum 1 year in the building industry
  • Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management
