ABOUT THE COMPANY.
This company is well known for their stellar Commercial/ Industrial New Build projects. Operating close to 20 years, they have an in house design and construction team who help deliver projects valued from $5M to $10M. This company has a strong repeat client base which allows for a strong pipeline of work. As such, they are looking to employ a driven Junior Foreman, with strong aspirations to fast track their career into Site Manager.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
Your position will report directly to a Site Manager and will oversee on-site construction activity whilst being supported by a team. You will be working on bespoke Commercial/ Industrial projects from start to finish. As the Junior Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the site is managed in accordance with WHS legislation and delivered on time.

- Oversee day to day running of project site
- WHS Management and compliance
- Subcontractor Management and programme management
- Reviewing defects and completing weekly reports
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Trade qualification highly preferable
- Demonstrated project experience on Commercial projects
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
- Ability to work autonomously or in a team
