DUTIES.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead and mentor your crew, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Collaborate closely with the Site Supervisor and Project Manager to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor site safety and ensure all work is carried out in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Assist in the coordination of materials, equipment, and resources to maximise efficiency.
- Extensive experience in civil construction, with a strong focus on subdivisions.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
