DUTIES.
- Provide Accurate Cost Advice & Estimates
- Trade Take-Offs & BOQ Pricing
- Manage Variations & Site Valuations
- Value Management & Cost Optimisation
- Attend Design Meetings & Client Liaison
- Cost Reporting & Financial Reconciliation
- Feasibility Studies & Project Viability
- Use of Industry Software such as MS Office and Cost X
- Hold membership in an accredited professional organization (e.g., RICS, AIQS, CIOB)
- Possess 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong expertise in Quantity Surveying principles and practices
- A sound understanding of construction methodologies and industry innovations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
