This established and reputable builder is well known for delivering high-end, residential projects across Sydney. Due to their prosperous project pipeline, they are seeking a Site Supervisor/Site Manager to oversee their current and upcoming residential projects in Sydney.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As the Site Supervisor/Site Manager, you will report to the Site Manager to supervise on-site construction operations. You will be working on upcoming residential projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are in line with WHS compliance requirements and delivered on time. You'll be supported by a well-resourced team which consists of a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Site Manager, Leading Hand, and Cadet.

- Oversee the day to day running of project site
- WHS Management and compliance
- Subcontractor Management and programme management
- Structures and finishes focus
- Toolbox talks, site inductions, and more
- Manage remediation/waterproofing subcontractors
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Trade qualification
- Demonstrated project experience in the residential sector
- Substantial waterproofing/remediation experience for residential apartments
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
