ABOUT THE COMPANY.

Join our Local Council based in Western Sydney. Your Council is the largest CBD in Western Sydney and is seeking for a group of experience Customer Service Representatives to assist the workload up to the end of the year.


ABOUT THE ROLE.

Immediate start, an initial 3-month full-time contract with opportunities to extend. Please be advised that we cannot consider any applicants who have leave planned during this time.


DUTIES.
  • Respond to customer enquiries
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls
  • Administrate transactions on behalf of customers
  • Respond to emails and webchats

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. 
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a contact centre and customer service
  • Experience in responding to emails and webchats
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet tasks
  • Exceptional level of customer service & communications skills
