ABOUT THE ROLE.
  
With your proven experience in the Façade industry, you will manage projects that will surely boost your portfolio from concept to construction. Coordinate with the overall Engineering team and deliver façade designs, analysis, reports as well as attending site inspections.  Playing a key role in deliverables, you will communicate with all relevant stakeholders both externally and internally to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  
DUTIES.
  • Structural analysis and coordination of facade components such as glass, aluminium, curtain wall systems, fixings and steelworks 
  • Take ownership of your own façade projects
  • Conduct site inspections of façade projects and writing reports
  • Conduct building diagnostics and access reports
  • Design projects using Strand7, Spacegass and AutoCAD software
  
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.  
  • Degree qualifications in Engineering
  • Minimum 4 years domestic Facade Engineering experience 
  • Experienced with performance solution reports
  • Proficient with Strand7, Spacegass, AutoCAD and other related software
  • Strong verbal and written communication
