ABOUT THE ROLE.

In this role, you will leverage your experience in the façade sector to oversee projects that will enhance your portfolio. You will collaborate closely with the engineering team, providing detailed reports based on site inspections, design evaluations, and analytical assessments. Your role will also involve communicating effectively with managers and key stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise.

DUTIES.
  • Perform structural analysis and coordinate façade components, including curtain walls, glazed walls, and waterproofing systems.
  • Conduct site inspections and produce detailed reports.
  • Execute building diagnostics and access reports.
  • Design projects using Strand7 and SPACE GASS software.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years of local façade engineering experience.
  • Familiarity with Class 2 buildings.
  • Proficient in Strand7, SPACE GASS, and other related software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Design Building Practitioners Act (DBP) - advantageous.
  • Ropes access certification - advantageous.
