ABOUT THE ROLE.
From your career experience within the Façade sector, you will be overlooking projects that can enhance your portfolio. You will be liaising with the existing engineering team and provide reports based off site inspections, designs and analysis. You will also communicate with managers and key stakeholders to address and resolve issues that may arise.

ABOUT THE ROLE.
From your career experience within the Façade sector, you will be overlooking projects that can enhance your portfolio. You will be liaising with the existing engineering team and provide reports based off site inspections, designs and analysis. You will also communicate with managers and key stakeholders to address and resolve issues that may arise.
DUTIES.
- Structural analysis and coordination of facade components such as curtain wall, glazed walls, waterproofing and facade ventilation.
- Conduct site inspections and fulfill detailed reports.
- Conduct building diagnostics and access reports.
- Design projects using Strand7 and AutoCAD software.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Degree qualifications in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years local Facade Engineering experience.
- Experienced with Class 2 buildings.
- Proficient with Strand7, AutoCAD and other related software.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Design Building Practitioners Act (DBP) - Advantageous
- Ropes Access - Advantageous
