As a result of their growing opportunities, they are looking for a quantity surveyor that would like to gain experience within those sectors.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for all QS work such as measurement, Cost planning, etc. You’ll need to work within a team of Quantity Surveyors in order to ensure that timeframes and budgets are met. As a quantity surveyor you will be reporting to the Senior team.
DUTIES.
A team of highly skilled and motivated individuals who value their peers. They have a tailored progression plan in order to ensure that their employee’s contributions are well recognised and rewarded. The firm tens to celebrate things like St Patricks Day, Women's Independence Day, etc. They also have occasional team lunches in order to keep the moral up.

- Manage clients and other stakeholders
- Responsible for variations and progress claims
- Conduct Contracts Administration services
- Responsible for measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans and bills of quantities/ pre-tender estimates.
- A bachelor’s degree in project management or construction management majoring in Quantity Surveyor
- Minimum 2yrs Quantity Surveying experience
- Work well within a team
- Previous experience working for a consultancy firm
