ABOUT THE COMPANY.
  
Join a leading builder with a reputation across Sydney. Known for their exceptional quality and high end projects, this company is highly regarded in the construction industry. Having recently secured various high-end fit out projects valued up to $20M for multiple prestigious client, they are looking to hire an experienced Site Manager. This role involves overseeing the full delivery of commercial fit out projects in Sydney. Due to their continuous project pipeline, they are looking to grow their team with an experienced Site Manager to start immediately.  
  
ABOUT THE POSITION.
  
This position will encompass the end to end duties of Site Management, with ultimate focus on excellent on-site construction works that support a safe, productive, and quality driven project site. You will work alongside a capable and well-resourced project team, including a Project Manager, Foremen, Contract Administrators, Site Engineers, and Cadets. 
  
DUTIES.
  • Oversee and manage onsite project activities
  • Ensure excellence in WHS, Quality, and Compliance
  • Construction programming – short and long range
  • Lead and manage a site team to achieve outcomes
  • Subcontractor management and audit
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent
Proven record as a Site Manager delivering projects around $20M 
Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
Large-scale commercial, industrial, or retail experience is highly desirable
