ABOUT THE COMPANY.

Join a reputable construction company recognised for its outstanding quality and premium commercial fit out & new build projects throughout Sydney. With recent acquisitions of several high end projects valued from $5M to $20M for distinguished clients, the company is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee the complete delivery of these commercial projects. Known for its strong presence in the construction industry, this builder is expanding its team due to a consistent pipeline of projects. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager who can start immediately and contribute to the continued success of their ventures.
  
ABOUT THE POSITION.

This role involves managing all aspects of Site Management, with a key emphasis on ensuring high-quality construction work, safety, and productivity on-site. You will collaborate with a skilled and well-supported project team, including a Project Manager, Foremen, Contract Administrators, Site Engineers, and Cadets, to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.

DUTIES.
  • Oversee and manage onsite project activities
  • Ensure excellence in WHS, Quality, and Compliance
  • Construction programming – short and long range
  • Lead and manage a site team to achieve outcomes
  • Subcontractor management and audit
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent
  • Proven record as a Site Manager delivering projects from $5M to $20M 
  • Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
  • Medium to large scale new build construction experience is highly preferred
