ABOUT THE COMPANY.

Following the acquisition of several high-value projects ranging up to $20M for prestigious repeat clientele, this company is expanding and looking for a Site Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of these ventures. With a well-established reputation and a steady flow of new projects, this builder is eager to onboard a Site Manager who can begin immediately and play a vital role in its ongoing growth.
  
ABOUT THE POSITION.

This role involves managing all aspects of Site Management, with a key emphasis on ensuring high-quality construction work, safety, and productivity on-site. You will collaborate with a skilled and well-supported project team, including a Project Manager, Foremen, Contract Administrators, Site Engineers, and Cadets, to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.

DUTIES.
  • Oversee and manage onsite project activities
  • Ensure excellence in WHS, Quality, and Compliance
  • Construction programming – short and long range
  • Lead and manage a site team to achieve outcomes
  • Subcontractor management and audit
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent
  • Proven record as a Site Manager delivering projects up to $20M 
  • Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
  • Medium to large scale new build construction experience is highly preferred
