Following the acquisition of several high-value projects ranging up to $20M for prestigious repeat clientele, this company is expanding and looking for a Site Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of these ventures. ABOUT THE POSITION.
This role involves managing all aspects of Site Management, with a key emphasis on ensuring high-quality construction work, safety, and productivity on-site. You will collaborate with a skilled and well-supported project team, including a Project Manager, Foremen, Contract Administrators, Site Engineers, and Cadets, to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.

DUTIES.
- Oversee and manage onsite project activities
- Ensure excellence in WHS, Quality, and Compliance
- Construction programming – short and long range
- Lead and manage a site team to achieve outcomes
- Subcontractor management and audit
- Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent
- Proven record as a Site Manager delivering projects up to $20M
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
- Medium to large scale new build construction experience is highly preferred
