Mark Grace is the Co-Founder & Director of Ivory Group. Aside from all of his responsibilities as a co-founder, Mark primarily focuses on leadership development and driving the growth of the temp business. 

Inspired by his family, Mark’s mission is to support the Ivory Group team and do right by others. Described as loyal, driven, and genuine by colleagues, Mark attributes his success to his people skills, analytical mindset, and ability to execute, backed by a Masters Degree in Business Internationalisation. Overall, his proudest achievement is building his own family and dream coastal life in Sydney. 

As a hobby, Mark loves playing his 5-string Fender jazz guitar, and is a loving father of two, proudly embracing the role of a girl dad and balancing his professional achievements with his family life.
