Sarah Pegios is the Associate Director of Human Resources at Ivory Group. With a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources and Management from Sydney University, Sarah joined Ivory Group in 2013 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and has progressed through several roles, including Senior Recruitment Consultant, Team Leader, and Division Manager. Since December 2017, she has led the internal HR function.

Sarah finds fulfilment in supporting the growth of both Ivory Group as a whole and each team member. Driven to help her colleagues achieve both personal and professional growth, Sarah views her role as an opportunity to positively influence those around her.



Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two daughters, and extended family, including her budgie named Zuzu.
