Timothy is the Director & Co-Founder of Ivory Group. In this role, Timothy manages the company's operational efficiency and strategic growth, meticulously developing rollout plans for enhanced systems and processes. He also oversees financial management, nurtures the engineering recruitment team's management and growth, and spearheads recruitment according to the company's expansion strategy.
Professionally, Timothy prioritises the journey over the destination, striving for excellence on his terms. Described as a loyal leader and devoted family man, he values integrity, adaptability and balance, and is consistently recognised for his fairness, empathy, and unwavering passion for recruitment success.
Timothy's best friend is his dog, Toto, who fills his life with joy. He also has a deep passion for basketball, treating it almost like a religion, and is a devoted fan of the Boston Celtics.
