ABOUT THE POSITION.
In this position you will play an important role in the long-term growth and success of our team. Working directly with a highly experienced team of Consultants, you will be responsible for building and maintaining new Client Relationships within the Engineering industry, whilst being supported with endless resources to ensure your continued success.
DUTIES.
- Business development
- Manage Client portfolios
- Attend & lead Client meetings
- Negotiation
- Finalise placements
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Consultants
- Previous recruitment and/or business development experience is advantageous
- A strong understanding of the Engineering industry is highly beneficial
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated individual with a drive to succeed
- Ability to work well autonomously and in a collaborative team
