With a strong pipeline of work for 2025 and beyond, they are now seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join their dynamic and high-performing team.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Contracts Administrator, you will support the Project Manager in ensuring the successful delivery of multiple construction projects across Sydney. You will be responsible for overseeing contract negotiations, procurement, cost control, and project compliance. Working closely with stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.
DUTIES
- Assist in contract negotiation and administration
- Prepare and review subcontractor agreements
- Manage procurement and cost tracking
- Handle variations and progress claims
- Monitor project budgets and forecasts
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project compliance
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction.
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of contract law, procurement, and construction processes
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
