ABOUT THE POSITION
Working closely with the Construction Manager and Project Manager, you will measure and calculate the cost of materials and work, price projects, and create tender submissions. You will receive the guidance and support needed to successfully secure projects for the company and, in turn, play a big part in the growth and development of the company. This position is best suited to someone looking for accelerated growth and progression in their career.
DUTIES
- Liaise with Clients, Suppliers, and Subcontractors
- Read and interpret plans
- Negotiate
- Prepare tender submissions
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar
- Demonstrated ability to win commercial new build projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
