This newly created opportunity is with a highly regarded Civil Contracting business based in Western Sydney. They are known delivering small to medium scale residential and industrial subdivision projects for high profile Developers. Over the years, they have grown strength to strength increasing their headcount steadily and diversifying their capabilities in to the infrastructure space.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
This company is seeking an experienced Foreman to manage the day to day construction duties on site. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this role will be responsible for OHS, QA and assisting in the prompt delivery of the projects.
DUTIES.
This position will include and not be limited to:
- Subcontractor management
- OH&S
- Conduct toolbox talks
- Material ordering
- Driving the project for a timely project delivery
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
To be successful for this role, the applicant will ideally possess:
- Experience with subdivision or earthwork projects of a similar scale
- An excellent understanding of technical specifications
- Ability to drive sub-contractor productivity
- Multiple end to end project delivery experience
- Relationship building abilities with all stakeholders
