This studio specializes in high quality commercial office fit-outs, and manages both the design and construction in-house for a holistic and continuous service for their Clients. Due to their expanding workload, they have just opened a brand-new office in Parramatta.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
You will be pivotal in the development of the Interior Design arm of the business, you’ll have the ability to work autonomously across all stages of the design process, take ownership of your projects and receive mentorship through the further development of your career. As this is a new office, there is an opportunity to establish yourself as a leader in the business.
DUTIES.
- Design and documentation in ArchiCAD
- Prepare and present concept presentations, concept design
- Liaise with clients and take detailed briefs
- Liaise with consultants, councils and team members
- FF&E’s and joinery documentation
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- 3+ years of experience in Interior Design
- ArchiCAD proficiency essential
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Previous project experience with commercial projects is preferred
