An exciting opportunity for an experienced Graduate Architect to take the next step in their career as the Project Leader on a range of high calibre, design-focused multi-residential and mixed-use projects. Further develop your skills in delivering projects through the construction stage. Manage the production of highly detailed construction drawings, and support junior team members.
DUTIES.
- Manage a range of mid to high-rise projects
- Lead the production of construction documentation packages
- Attend site meetings, coordinate consultants, and other stakeholders
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture, ideally registered
- Strong competency in ArchiCAD
- Proven experience in larger complex projects
