As their project pipeline continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead upcoming commercial new-build projects across metropolitan Sydney.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind multiple projects from $15M–$60M . You’ll take charge of project planning, client engagement, programming, budgeting, and delivery. Working with a strong internal team and reliable subcontractor base, you’ll ensure high-quality outcomes are achieved on time and on budget. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to build a strong reputation in the market.

DUTIES
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery across new build scopes.
  • Oversee programming, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Lead client and stakeholder communication throughout project phases.
  • Manage and support site teams to ensure WHS and quality compliance.
  • Report regularly on project budgets, timelines, and milestones.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Proven experience managing commercial new build construction projects over $20M
  • Background delivering projects in education, health, or retail sectors is highly regarded.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
  • Sound understanding of contract admin, construction methodology, and local compliance.
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
