ABOUT THE POSITON.
   
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to contribute to a range of diverse projects in a collaborative team. In this role, you will help to manage the delivery of key cost management services and provide consultative support throughout the entire lifecycle of a project, from feasibility through to completion.
  
DUTIES.
  • Manage Pre-Contract and Post-Contract stages.
  • Create procurement and contract advice.
  • Responsible for the measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans, bills of quantities and pre-tender estimates.
  • Direct projects from feasibility through to the completion of the project, ensuring on time delivery and budget control.
  • Value engineering.
  
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • A bachelor’s degree in project management or construction management (Majoring in Cost Management or Quantity Surveying)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Cost Management/Quantity Surveying.
  • Experience working with CostX is desirable.
  • Currently holds a membership in an accredited professional organisation (e.g. RICS, AIQS)
