ABOUT THE POSITION.

Immediate opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing Sydney team. You will work alongside an established team of recruitment professionals and be responsible for assisting the team with candidate resourcing and management. This position is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to start their recruitment career, with the potential opportunity to develop and transition into a 360 degree Recruitment Consultant in future.

DUTIES.
  • Candidate resourcing and candidate management
  • Attend candidate meetings and interviews
  • Build strong Candidate networks
  • Contractor management
  • Permanent and Temp placements
  • Observe, learn, and absorb the 360 degree recruitment process
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.  
  • Proven experience recruiting or resourcing is advantageous, but not a necessity
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well autonomously, as well as in a collaborative team
