This Quantity Surveying firm is renowned for their professional and quality services across a variety of projects including Residential, Industrial, Commercial and more. ABOUT THE POSITION.
   
This is an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is looking to join a motivated and driven team and contribute on a diverse range of projects. In this role, you will be pivotal to the lifecycle of a project, from the feasibility of the project to the completion. You will have the opportunity to work under the Director of the firm and be able to leverage of their experience and expertise throughout your career. You will be instrumental in the fostering client and stakeholder relationships.
  
DUTIES.
  • Manage Pre-Contract and Post-Contract stages.
  • Create procurement and contract advice.
  • Responsible for the measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans, bills of quantities and pre-tender estimates.
  • Direct projects from feasibility through to the completion of the project, ensuring on time delivery and budget control.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure success of the project.
  
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • A bachelor’s degree in project management or construction management (Majoring in Quantity Surveying)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying
  • Experience working with CostX
  • Currently holds a membership in an accredited professional organisation (e.g. RICS, AIQS)
