This upper tier construction company best known for their numerous award-winning projects is looking for an eager Site Engineer to join their evolving team. This company is renowned in the industry for their continual and consistent delivery for high quality large scale commercial projects up to $50M+ across Canberra, ACT. Due to their ongoing success, they are looking for experienced Site Engineers to join them in their continued growth.
About the Position.
As a Site Engineer you will play an integral role in ensuring the successful execution of large-scale commercial projects in the ACT. You will work alongside the project Manager and Site Manager to ensure that the project is delivered to a high standard with a strong focus on WHS legislations. The position will offer promotion potential further in the contracts path, or towards Project Manager.
Duties.
- Implement and manage construction plans, schedules, and budgets on-site
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including quality control, safety compliance, and workflow
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve issues and ensure projects objectives are met
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation
- Tertiary or Trade Qualifications in building related discipline of preferable
- Proven record of monitoring, managing, and complying with WHS and Quality Assurance processes and Site/Project Engineer or similar
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
- Excellent verbal and written communication
