Operating for over a decade, they specialise in the delivery of high-end fit-out and refurbishments projects in the commercial, hospitality, retail, industrial, government, and education sectors. These projects range from $5M up to $15M. The company has established strong relationships with several high-profile clients and has secured numerous exciting projects within their specialised sectors. As such, they are now seeking an experienced Foreman to join their team immediately.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
As a Foreman, you will manage high-end commercial fit-out projects spanning up to $15M in project value across Sydney. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the project site, trades, contractors, and ensure that the project is being delivered within the parameters of excellent WHS, quality, and time management. This opportunity is best suited to a Foreman looking to get involved with exciting new projects across Sydney's Metro area.
DUTIES.
- On-site construction activity management
- Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with WHS legislation
- Construction program scheduling
- Sub-contractor Management
- Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent highly favorable
- Commercial experience highly favorable but not essential
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers.
